Resolution:

You can fix this behavior of Windows operating system by replacing the corrupt boot sector using Dskprobe.exe utility. It replaces the corrupt boot sector by backup copy. Primary boot sector is the first sector of logical drive. Backup copy of the boot sector is stored at 6th sector of logical drive.
